We do not design or produce the piece until after your order. We will lovingly prepare your special order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Process
- The order will be prepared and delivered within two to three weeks.
- International shipping to some countries may take a few additional days. Note that any delay related to the shipping company or any global emergencies is beyond our control, and we do not bear any responsibility for any potential delays.
- The order cannot be canceled after payment is completed, and the paid amount is non-refundable.
- For orders outside Jordan: exchanges or returns are not available after the purchase is completed.
Exchange Policy
- The order is prepared and tailored based on your request within two to three weeks. Shipping to some countries may take a few additional days. Note that any delay related to the shipping company or any global emergencies is beyond our control, and we do not bear any responsibility for any potential delays.
- Exchanges or returns are not available as the items are tailored and produced based on your request and the difficulty of shipping. You can ensure your size through the size chart displayed on the website or request assistance by contacting us on Instagram @GHADA.SHOP. You can also choose the appropriate length of the pieces under certain conditions.
- Upon receiving the order, it should be inspected immediately to ensure it is free of any defects before the delivery representative leaves. Our store is not responsible for any damages or defects reported after receiving the order.
- Shipping fees to countries with unstable security are variable according to the security situation, and we may demand additional fees when the shipping value required by the delivery companies increases.
- Since exchanges or returns are not available, please attach a copy of the ID of the order owner to ensure your agreement with our policy. No order will be accepted without this condition, and delivery will be made within two weeks of attaching the ID.
- Please note that scarves (SCARVES) cannot be exchanged or returned.
Cleaning and washing
Please note that the correct way to clean and wash the pieces is by dry cleaning. and washing them by other methods that include the presence of water may expose the fabric to shrinkage or expansion, and we cannot bear responsibility for its shrinkage or expansion.
Shipping
Your order can be easily tracked from the shipping email/SMS you receive when your order is shipped.
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order via WhatsApp number: +962782999976, and after the expiration of this period, we will have disclaimed any responsibility for any problem with the order.
International Delivery Charges
- Jordan – 5 JOD (2 weeks)
- Rest of the world – 20 JOD (2-3 weeks) DHL
Timeframes are estimated in accordance with DHL information. All deliveries must be signed for.
Unclaimed & Uncollected Parcels
If your order is returned to us due to unclaimed/uncollected, we shall contact you to arrange a further delivery so we can promptly re-deliver your order.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Box addresses or forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.
Any parcels held within the recipient country by customs are beyond our control. Queries must be taken up with the local courier depot.
